Trigger
Your billing agency sent you an invite email. You clicked it, set a password, and you're staring at a dashboard.
Outcome
You know where to find: your claims, your patients, your providers' credentialing status, and your outstanding balances. You've bookmarked the URL and confirmed your contact info is right.
Where
Steps
- Land on Dashboard. What you see:
- KPI strip — credentialed % of your providers, monthly revenue (collected for your practice), denial count.
- Action items — anything that needs your attention (most actions are the agency's job, but a few need you: a license renewal coming up, a missing document request).
- Top nav tour:
- Dashboard — where you are.
- Patients — your patient roster with balances per patient.
- Providers — your provider roster.
- Applications — payer enrollments in progress.
- Compliance — your providers' licenses, exclusion screening.
- RCM — claims, payments, denials, statements (filtered to your practice).
- Settings — your profile, your users.
- Bookmark the URL.
app.credentik.com/v2/#/dashboard. - Profile → confirm contact info. Settings → Profile → verify name, email, phone are right. This is what the agency uses to reach you.
- Two-factor authentication. Strongly recommended for accessing patient data. Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. The platform uses TOTP (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
Watch-outs
- You see only YOUR practice's data. Tenant isolation is enforced server-side — you can't accidentally see another practice. If you DO see something that doesn't look like yours (wrong patient, wrong provider), email your agency immediately. That'd be a bug.
- You can read more than you can write. Most "delete" buttons aren't visible to you. Some "edit" buttons are. If something seems read-only that shouldn't be, ask the agency to change your role permissions (rare).
- The agency may be working on your data live. Don't be surprised if a claim's status changes while you're looking at it. The platform is real-time.
- Don't share your login. If a colleague needs access, invite them — don't give out your password. Audit trails depend on knowing who did what.
