Applications board

See every application, not just the ones you remember

Each payer application is a card that moves from gathering documents to submitted, in review and approved. Filter by practice client, payer, state, owner or provider to see one client’s pipeline or your whole book of work.

Applications carry the details your team looks for during a follow-up call: the payer, the plan or line of business, the date submitted, reference numbers, notes and the next follow-up date.

What each application tracks

  • Status history, with how long it has been in each stage
  • Follow-up dates and an owner on your team
  • Documents and requirements still missing, from the provider’s checklist
  • Effective date when approved, used by billing
  • Initial enrollment, recredentialing and revalidation types
Less chasing

Follow-ups that happen without a sticky note

The work queue puts today’s follow-ups, stalled applications and missing documents in one list for each person. On the Agency and Growth plans, automation rules can create a task when an application has been in review too long, remind the provider about a missing document, or email the practice client when an enrollment is approved.

Collect what payers ask for

Send a document request and the provider uploads straight into their profile. E-signature covers attestations and forms. CAQH ProView details sit next to licenses and enrollments.

Bring providers in quickly

Look providers up by NPI, import a spreadsheet, or send an onboarding link so they fill in their own profile.

Enrollment meets billing

Know which providers can bill which payers

Approved enrollments and their effective dates feed the revenue cycle workspace. If a claim goes out for a provider who was not credentialed with that payer on the date of service, Credentik can warn you or stop it, depending on how you set it.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does Credentik submit applications to payers for us?
No. Credentik is where your team organizes and tracks the work: the provider's data and documents, the application status, follow-ups and effective dates. Your team still submits through each payer's process, such as PECOS, a state Medicaid portal or a payer's own application.
Can practice clients see their enrollments?
Yes. Each practice client can have a portal login that shows their own providers and enrollments, and they can message your team from there. With custom branding, the portal shows your agency's name and colors.
How does Credentik know an application is stuck?
Applications record when they entered each status. The work queue and automation rules can flag an application that has sat in a status longer than you allow, create a follow-up task and notify the owner.
Does it track CAQH?
Yes. CAQH ProView details and attestation dates are part of each provider's profile, and an attestation that is coming due shows up in the work queue. Credentik does not pull data from CAQH automatically yet: that is coming once our CAQH partnership is approved.
